The method should be able to: • Quantify total collagen type I, II & III in the raw materials and  final finished dosage forms including but not limited to dry  powders, tablets, capsules, softgels and liquids .  • Individually separate and quantify collagen type I, II & III if  blended together.  d f h f h ll l h h h • I enti y t e specie o t e co agen samp es w et er t ey are  derived from bovine, porcine, marine or chicken. • Identify the adulterants present in the form of other protein  within the collagen samples.
