07/2005 – 07/2007: Associate Scientist, Kilo Manufacturing, SAFC-Pharma, Madison, WI Along with all of the responsibilities listed as Assistant Scientist, Mr. Zielinski was fully responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing campaign. He was also responsible for contacting clients directly with study related information, and regularly leading conference calls. 01/2003 – 07/2005: Assistant Scientist, Kilo Manufacturing, SAFC-Pharma, Madison, WI Mr. Zielinski was responsible for laboratory manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) according to cGMP and FDA guidelines. He also manufactured APIs in a non-GMP setting. His responsibility included work during initial R&D phase of development throughout the large-scale campaign under the supervision of a senior scientist. While performing R&D manufacturing, he utilized analytical techniques (HPLC, HPLC-MS, UV, IR, GC, TLC, and NMR) to characterize reaction starting materials, intermediates, and products. He was also responsible for client communication via written/verbal updates, development reports, and campaign summary reports.
