SPIFAN to consider (1) • Ensure CODEX STAN 72 provisions are included in SMPRs (levels, expression, nutrient compounds ( CAC/GL 10 ) • Importance and priority of Criteria Approach, and impact to AOAC/ISO/IDF methods. Does SPIFAN support Criteria Approach for minerals/trace elements? • Consider including current Type II methods in SLV to gather comparison data
