The authors of this submission present a method for the LC-MS/MS detection and quantification of peptides derived from the pepsin-trypsin/chymotrypsin digestion of food allergens (egg, milk, hazelnut, and peanut) present in the matrices specified in AOAC SMPR 2016.002.
