Precision: The precision of the method was evaluated by the analysis of different food matrices in triplicate over a five-day timeframe for the presence or absence of fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose. Only the sugars that were found above the LOQ in the various food matrices and beverages evaluated are reported.
