SPSFAM ERP

contains additional information about the moisture and carbohydrate sources for matrices in sector 5 (the highest carbohydrate matrices), as specified in the SMPR. The SMPR method criteria for the accuracy, precision, limit of quantification (LOQ), analytical range, specificity, and stability are all addressed in the report. Results for linearity and robustness evaluations are also included and discussed. Since a portion of the validation was conducted over multiple days within a single lab the intermediate precision (%RSD i ) is presented for single lab, multiple day precision instead of repeatability (%RSD r , single lab, single day precision). A portion of the intermediate precision also included multiple analysts as well. The SMPR %RSD r criteria were used to assess %RSD i results.
