C. Limit of Quantitation (LOQ) Based on the analytical range specified in AOAC SMPR 2018.001 [1] , the limit of quantitation (LOQ) should be 0.1% for each individual analyte. The LOQ was validated at 0.1% spiking level for each analyte with innate analyte levels below LOQ in all non-SRM matrices included in this multi-lab validation. Tables AI-2–AI-3 in Appendix I provide detailed accuracy (recovery), intermediate precision (%RSD i ), and reproducibility (%RSD R ) results obtained in the evaluated matrices. Tables 13 and 14 summarize the overall results, showing overall mean recovery and precision obtained at the LOQ level of 0.1%. Although a few individual accuracy and precision points were outside requirements stated in the AOAC SMPR 2018.00 [1] , the large number of sample types tested (17 different matrices) and the fact that the weighted average of the accuracy and precision for each analyte is well within the SMPR criteria demonstrate that the method provides acceptable performance at the specified LOQ.
