SPIFAN II Process • One First Action method per analyte is selected  to go through MLT  • MLT data gathered and submitted to AOAC for  review by ERP for consideration of Official Final  Action • MLT data will also be reviewed by ISO • Final Action Methods with support from AOAC,  ISO/IDF and others will be proposed to Codex as  Type II Dispute Resolution Methods
