 Vitamin B 1 is among the nutrients most  prone to loss from modern food production  techniques.   Primary dietary sources for B 1 are fortified  breakfast cereals unrefined cereal grains ,  ,  enriched grains, legumes, nuts and pork.  Fortified cereals contain more that 2 times  the B 1 content of Pork.
