1. Welcome and introduction. Sidney opened the meeting. Roll call indicated a quorum was not achieved. The meeting proceeded with discussion of the items. 2. The agenda was accepted by the people on the call. a. Information for this call is in the Statistics Meeting Book (5-17- 17) . These minutes reference this book and does not repeat information in the book. 3. The minutes and agenda were accepted by the people on the call. 4. Intermediate Precision Working Group (Item IIIe item on agenda) This item was discussed first in the agenda. Scott Coates provided an update on the intermediate precision working group’s activity. A third revision of the “Intermediate Precision Memo” had been distributed before the meeting. It had been decided to not provide a criteria for the intermediate
