I. Welcome and introduction. Sidney opened the meeting. Rollcall indicated a quorum was not achieved. The agenda was accepted. a. Information for this call is in the Statistics Meeting Book (Septmber 19, 2018) . These minutes reference this book and does not repeat information in the book. II. Update on actions with Appendices Qian reported on Appendix J. She and Paul created a file with all the corrections. Qian and Paul will review. Then Appendix file will be distributed to our review. New Members Send names to Sidney for people who are interested. • Paul, Jane, and others, if you have already sent the names to Sidney, please send them to Sidnay again
