h at 35 ± 1°C. Exclusivity cultures were used without dilution. Inclusivity and exclusivity cultures were 

randomized, blind coded and then analyzed by the Solus One  Salmonella automated sample preparation 

method. 

Of the 58 inclusivity organisms evaluated using the Solus One  Salmonella method, all 59 organisms 

were correctly identified. For the 10 exclusivity organisms evaluated, all 10 organisms were correctly 

excluded. The inclusivity and exclusivity evaluation results are presented in Tables 1 and 2.
