Methods for the determination of SAMe in dietary  ingredients and finished products.  Primary  objective:  Method should have capability to  separate SAMe from decomposition products and  synthetic precursors, as well as other joint support  materials.   Secondary objective:  Consider separation of  racemic isomers.
