ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION

MEETING REGISTRATION INCLUDES: • Entry into all scientific sessions and poster presentations • Entry into the exhibit hall • Sunday Exhibit Hall Grand Opening & President’s Welcome Reception • Monday Awards Ceremony and Keynote Address • Wednesday Closing Reception • Final Program, including scientific abstracts • Meeting Tote Bag • Continental breakfast on Monday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and daily refreshments Guest Registration $135 (Guest registration refers to a significant other or personal friend, not a business associate, staff colleague or fellow student.) GUEST REGISTRATION INCLUDES: • Entry into the exhibit hall • Sunday Exhibit Hall Grand Opening & President’s Welcome Reception • Wednesday Closing Reception On-Site Registration & Badge Pick-up Hours:

All meeting participants are required to register for the Annual Meeting. Only registered attendees will receive badges to gain entry into the scientific sessions, poster presentations, committee/community meetings, special events, and exhibit hall. To register for the Annual Meeting, click here . If your membership cannot be verified by AOAC INTERNATIONAL, or if your membership is not current, you will be charged the non-member fee for all items for which you register. If your membership has lapsed and you would like to renew, you may do so directly online. Early-Bird Registration | On or before July 12, 2018

AOAC will keep registration open online after August 20, 2018. To avoid long registration lines, please register online and bring your receipt to the registration desk. Or, you may still register on-site in Toronto at the following rates: AOAC Members $725

If you must cancel, submit your request to cancel in writing to AOAC INTERNATIONAL via email to customerservice@aoac.org, or via fax to 301-924-7087, no later than August 20, 2018. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after this date. A $50.00 administration fee will be assessed for all cancellations. Please note that substitutions from within the same organization are permitted without penalty.

Non-Members $895 Student Registration (You must show your Student ID to obtain your badge.)

AOAC Student Members $150 Student Non-Members $200

Developing Country Attendee Registration $200 (Country must be on the List of Developing Countries in the World Development Report published by the World Bank.)
