Line 63 ‐ Change "See table 2 and 3." to "See tables 2  and 3." Line 69 ‐ Change "A detailed description of your dry  weight procedures and calculations must be included."  to "A detailed description of the method's dry weight  procedures and calculations must be included."

Lines 81‐88 are poorly written. See proposed substitution  below in proposed changes. Lines 81‐88 ‐ Recommend  substitution of the following paragraph for lines 81088.  "An initial and important stage in cannabis testing is  preparation of a homogeneous sample of the plant  material. These factors must be addressed during method  validation." Reference standards for cannabichromenic acid and  tetrahydrocannabivarin ‐ acid are currently available from  Cerilliant; change spelling of "Tetrahydrocannabivarin ‐ acid" in table to "Tetrahydrocannabivaric acid".

Line 41:  Suggestion to end after “short time period”    “individually prepared test portion” Line 20:  Add "add received" before "plant materials” Tables 2 and 3 with method performance criteria are not  very useful without specifics on QC samples suggested for  the method.
