Recovery Percent Recovery = (Experimental concentration)/(Expected concentration) x 100

The expected concentration for each test material should be calculated from the incurred concentration, accounting for any mass changes during processing operations (e.g., moisture loss during baking).

4.5 Recovery PAGE 8 Clarification on “expected” concentration, and calculating percent recovery. Across multiple levels? If across multiple levels report recoveries by level, and/or by slope or other “averaging”?
