Gap Analysis for the Adulterants in Botanicals & Spices • Conduct a gap analyses on information to be retrieved primarily from the DECERNIS databank covering the period from 2015 to 2020. • Use other Databases including resources from the Botanical Adulterants Prevention Program , Horizon Scan, USP Food Fraud Database, UK Food Fraud Database, EU Food Fraud Database, USA Food Fraud Resource Center Database, the American Botanical Council Database. • Conduct a retrospective literature search using PUBMED and SCOPUS and consult pertinent International organizations such as the American Botanical Council, the American Herbal Products Association 17
