• Submit information on their authentic samples • Submit their validation protocol for validating the method • Review plan for ensuring authentic samples and provide guidance and approve a final version of the validation protocol for method • Method authors validate their methods accoding to protocol & develop method manuscripts • Method authors submit methods and data that may meet the approved SMPRs in AOAC manuscript format • Methods are reviewed by Statistics and Safety, then revised manuscripts go to ERP for review and consensus on methods – potential First Action status
