AOAC OFFICIAL METHODS SM PROGRAM 2020 METHOD SUBMISSION DEADLINES

The Official Methods of Analysis SM (OMA) program is AOAC INTERNATIONAL's premier methods program. AOAC INTERNATIONAL administers the AOAC Official Methods of Analysis SM program for all methods (i.e., proprietary, sole source, and those developed to meet AOAC Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPR®) in response to an active AOAC call for methods). All methods in the AOAC Official Methods of Analysis SM program are reviewed by vetted AOAC Expert Review Panels for First Action, Final Action, repeal and/or continuance (modification) of an AOAC Official Methods SM status. All methods must include supporting validation data and must be submitted in AOAC format 1 SUBMISSION OF PROPRIETARY AND SOLE SOURCE METHODS: AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites method authors and developers to submit validated methods with supporting validation data in AOAC format. Please note the upcoming method submission deadlines as application fees apply for Official Methods of Analysis SM (OMA) Program proprietary, and sole source method applications. SUBMISSION OF METHODS (CALL FOR METHODS): AOAC INTERNATIONAL invites method authors and developers to submit methods (including relevant data, if applicable) that may meet the AOAC Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPR ® ). For methods submitted through an open Call for Methods, please refer to the specific “Call for Methods” for further information.
