Participants are on their own for lunch.

DURING THE MEETING   There are a number of additional details for which assistance may be  needed.    Duties include:   1. Pass or assist participants to the microphones 2. Greet and seat voting panel members 3. Track tent cards for voting panel members 4. Count votes during motions 5. Run errands (eg., business center, notify for additional chairs and room temperature changes, etc...) 6. Assemble attendees back to the room after breaks 7. Answer general questions There may also be a need to assist with computer work during the meeting and to fill in where needed.   PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE!!!   To stakeholders in the peripheral seating who need assistance with accessing the Wi‐Fi, the electronic meeting book and/or wanting to address the stakeholder panel.  To the head table and if the chair, the staff lead or standards coordinator seem as if they need assistance. Registration opens at varying times, please refer to the schedule .
