APPLICATION AND USE OF FALSE POSITIVE/FALSE NEGATIVE RATES AND POD With the adoption of the POD statistical analysis in 2012 for evaluating the performance of microbiological methods using unpaired studies, is the requirement for FP/FN determination still relevant? Should FP/FN determination still be required for paired studies?
