MEETING REGISTRATION AND SIGN‐IN   Assisting with registration involves working with staff colleague(s) to assist meeting participates get to the meeting room  on time. Meeting registration is in two parts, outside and inside the meeting room. 

I. Outside Meeting Room: Meeting attendees will sign in and receive their badges specific for the stakeholder panel meetings.

Duties include: 

1. Setting up the registration tables; 2. Greeting meeting attendees when they arrive; 3. Ensuring all attendees sign the sign‐in sheet(s) for the appropriate meeting and receive a meeting badge; 4. Printing a badge if one is not preprinted;

5. Escorting attendees to the room, if necessary; 6. Ensuring all sign‐in sheets are stored securely

II. Inside Meeting Room: Meeting attendees will electronically sign in to be counted as attendees of the meeting and stakeholder voting members  (only Gluten in Oats and SPIFAN have voting panels) will be identified and invited to sit at the table.

Duties include:  

7. Assist meeting coordinator as needed; 8. Setting up the registration tables; 9. Greeting meeting attendees when they arrive; 10. Advise and assist all attendees to sign-in electronically for the meeting; 11. Escorting attendees to seating, if necessary; 12. Reminding representative voting panel members that they sit at the table when they sign in; 13. Cleaning and packaging the materials and electronics; 14. Ensuring all in‐room sign‐in or working group information are stored securely and provided to the in‐room coordinator after the meeting. Return all iPads to BAV.
