3. Result analysis :

To proceed to analyse the extracts obtained:

1 . Press the option Turrax .

2 . Check that the cuvette is correctly fitted and filled with Measurement Solution and press CONTINUE to begin the sample measurement. 3 . Wait until the device records the measurement target and it issues a sound signal. Press CONTINUE and pipette the clear supernatant of the extraction sample into the measuring cuvette, using a micro-pipette. (See Table 6). 4 . Wait until the process ends and the device shows the result of the analysis, reported as mg/kg, measured as SO 2 5 . Change the content of the cuvette with 10 ml of new Measurement Solution.
