• SUL Extraction Solution

The SUL Extraction Solution is needed to prepare the SUL Calibration Reagent, the Standards and also to extract the sulphite from the crustacean matrix.

The SUL Extraction Solution is prepared with the SUL Extraction Reagent according to the following Table3:

Dissolve the content of 1 SEFSUL2 tube in 2L of distilled water.

Dissolve the content of 1 SEFSUL1 tube in 1L of distilled water.

• SUL Calibration Reagents and Standards The SUL Calibration Kit contains 4 tubes of powdered Calibration Reagent. The SUL Standard 3 is prepared daily by diluting the Calibration Reagent with Extraction Solution.

Add 33,4 µl of SUL Calibration Reagent to a final volume of 50 ml of Extraction Solution.

Add 10ml of Extraction Solution to 1 tube of CFSUL.
